Peer Tariqat, Rehbar-e-Shariat, Shehbaz-e-Maarfat, Zubda-tul-Aarifeen, Qudoo-tul-Saalkeen, Sheikh-ul-Kamileen, Munba Fauooz e Yazdaan, Hazrat Khwaja Muhammad Shafi Nizami Qudus Sera Alazeez (R.A) is the great Sufi Saint of Silsala Naqsbandi, Qadri, Soharwardi, Mujadadi, Chishti and Nizami.

The shrine of Hazrat Khwaja Muhammad Shafi Nizami is located in Larex Colony, Mughalpura, Lahore. Thousands of disciples visit his shrine each year on the first Saturday of March when his memorial ceremony is held. 

Peer Sahib spent his life strictly following Sharia of Holy Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H). He used to treat everyone with love and affection. He was a government officer by profession and his honesty with the work was famous even in the foreign countries who used to collaborate with the Government of Pakistan. During his service, he had rejected visa from English countries for the interest of Pakistan. 

Not only religious but also common men such as his colleagues, neighbours and everyone who used to meet him respected him. He never implemented Islam on anyone nor forced anyone, he just implemented teachings of Islam on his personality and those who used to sit with him got their hearts filled with the love of Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) and those people also started to follow sharia. 

On his Shrine all tasks are organized in accordance with the method of Nabi Pak (S.A.W) [Sunnat]. Peer Sahib led a simple life. He was always happy to see people who used to meet him even in his resting hours. Thousands of people visit his shrine to pray from Allah Almighty and their hearts are full filled with the light of Islam and peace.

سجدوں سے تیری جبیں پہ نشاں پڑے تو کیا
وہ سجدہ کرکے روۓ زمیں پہ نشاں ملے

Hazrat Khwaja Muhammad Shafi Nizami belonged to Gujjar family. As he lived his life based on Sunnat principles, he was rewarded with an age of 63 years just like the Sunnat of Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H). 

Peer Sahib defines the ‘Sufi’ is not one who stops to live life and sit in a corner for the worship, although ‘Sufi’ is the one who makes progress in his field and becomes successful better than others. He encouraged sports and welfare works. He always loved the people and treat his students like his own children. 

When he left this temporary world in February, 2002 in Karachi, thousands of eyes were wet. He was laid to rest in Mughalpura, Lahore. Dispirited people still find internal peace of heart when they visit his tomb. Currently, his son, Sahibzada Peer Shabbir Ahmad Shafi (R.A) is forwarding the same method of Zikar Allah and Sunnat there.

Hazrat Khwaja Muhammad Shafi Nizami (R.A) is the great Holy Saint of Islam. May Allah Almighty increases his ranks in Jannat-ul-Firdous and grant us divine guidance to follow the path of His friends.
